At the beginning of the self-massage, the back area is worked between the shoulder blades, then passed to the shoulder girdle and chest area above the mammary glands. The massage should not be painful. The stronger the movement, the less it should be repeated.

Then we go directly to the cervical region: from the back of the head to the back with both hands along the spine, then massage the neck with squeezing movements, replacing it by tapping the edges. The palm on both sides of the spine, which we carry with our brushes and squeeze 3-4 times. Finish by stroking the back of the neck.
